When your customer asks AI
who to choose, is it you?

People now ask ChatGPT and Google which company to buy from, hire or trust. We check what it says about you, show you who it recommends instead, and work with your team every month to change that.

Why it matters

The AI gives a shortlist of three to five names. The decision is half made before anyone calls you.

3–5

names per answer. Not a page of links. If you're not on the shortlist, you're not in the conversation.

0links

to click. The AI reads review sites, directories and articles, then answers in its own words. Usually it never reads your website.

1question

is all it takes to see it. Ask ChatGPT what your best customer would ask. Then check who it names.

What you get

A clear picture, a to-do list with names on it, and a monthly check that it's working.

Your marketing team or agency does the work. We tell them exactly what to do, and we keep score.

Week 2 · Where you stand

What the AI says about you today

We write the 50 questions your customers actually ask, put them to four AI engines, and read every answer. You see who's recommended, who isn't, and which websites the answers came from.

Week 3 · What to fix

A short list, each with an owner and a date

Every item comes from the answers, not from opinion: a website the AI trusts that doesn't mention you, or a question you keep losing. Usually 5 to 8 items, in the order that moves things fastest.

Every month · Is it working

A 45-minute call and a one-page summary

We ask the same questions again and go through three things in order: what got done, which websites now mention you, and what that did to your number. No jargon, no 40-page deck.

Where you stand

One table. You at the top. Everyone measured the same way.

Two situations, kept apart: when a customer asks without knowing your name, and when they ask about you directly. Being well known and being recommended are different things.

How it works

Three weeks to a clear picture. Then one call a month.

Week 1

We listen

One call. What you sell, who buys it, where, and who you lose deals to. Plus the questions your sales team hears every week.

Week 2

We check

We put the questions to the AI engines, read every answer, and add the competitors it named that you didn't. You confirm the list.

Week 3

You get the plan

A short list of fixes, each with an owner and a date. We brief your team or agency directly if you'd like.

Every month

We check again

Same questions, so it's a fair comparison. What got done, what changed, what's next.

Straight talk

What we do. What we don't.

YesWe tell you exactly where you stand and what to do about it. Every item traces back to an answer you can read yourself.
YesWe work with the people you already have. Your marketing team or agency gets a clear brief, not a vague goal.
NoWe don't write your content or run your campaigns. Your team does. It's cheaper, and they know your business.
NoWe don't promise revenue, and nobody can force an AI to recommend you. What we promise is that you'll know, every month, where you stand and why.
Questions

What people ask before they start.

Is this for my industry?

If customers choose you from a shortlist, yes. Hospitals and clinics, software companies, law and accounting firms, schools, real estate, consumer brands, agencies. The questions change; the method doesn't.

What does it cost?

A monthly fee, based on how many parts of your business we track and how deep we go. We quote after the first call. The first check is credited to your first month if you continue.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You get a one-page summary and a call. Your team or agency gets the detailed list. Nobody logs into anything.

How soon does anything change?

A fixed page shows up in answers within weeks. The questions we target move within a month or two. Your overall standing takes about a quarter to show a real trend, and we say so up front.

Can't we just check ChatGPT ourselves?

You should, once. Doing it for 50 questions, across four engines, three times each, every month, and then working out which of 38 websites to chase, is the part you're paying for.

What do you need from us?

One hour at the start, 45 minutes a month, and someone on your side who can act on the list.
